This tutorial series takes you right from beginning to end creating a young girl’s portrait. My aim was to capture her likeness as best as I could and I share all the tips along the way on creating soft and realistic skin tones and capturing her features accurately. I show you how I layer up the soft pastel pigment and use pastel pencils to make minor adjustments.
The series also includes how I created her hair and t-shirt. So whether you choose to work along with me and learn as you paint this portrait, or simply use the techniques you’ll pick up to create your own portrait, this series is packed full of information and tips.
