In this small landscape study I was trying out a new paper from Clairefontaine called Pastelgrain. I simplified what was quite a busy photo reference and kept the study small so that I would avoid using much detail.
The plan for me was to test a new paper, but the demo that came from it could be most enjoyable for you to work along with as I was quite pleased with how it went. Feel free to use any pastel paper but ideally one with a bit of texture to play with.
